Laurence Communities invites you to visit our Design Showroom, where you can inspect the
materials -- both standard and optional -- that will be used to build your home. We’ve provided
a relaxing atmosphere so you can take your time choosing from the various styles of cabinets,
counters, flooring, hardware, siding, insulation, roofing and decking.

Among the samples in our 1,700 sq. ft. showroom, we’ve included actual windows, large roofing sections, and insulated wall panels. Coordinated lighting and hardware fixtures are fully displayed. Even doors and sinks are
on hand.

Light fixture, towel bar, door knob – Every piece of metal in a Laurence Home has the same finish. Choose from finishes such as brushed nickel and oiled, hand rubbed bronze.
